The POLCOAT SP. Z O.O., SP. K. Services attach particular importance to respecting the privacy of users visiting websites administered by POLCOAT SP. Z O.O., SP. K. (hereinafter referred to as the “Services”). Data collected in logs is used solely for administration purposes.

- IP address – each computer connected to the Internet is assigned a unique number, i.e. IP address; on its basis, it is possible to identify, for example, the country from which a given user connects to the network,
- text files (“cookies”) sent to the user’s computer when visiting a website.

Cookie mechanism

K. ensures that users can exercise their rights under the provisions of Chapter III of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation, OJ EU L 119 of 04.05.2016), in particular the right to access their own data, the right to withdraw consent to the processing of personal data concerning them at any time, the right to request data updates, and the right to object to the processing of their data in cases specified in the provisions of this Act.
Security
- We make every effort to protect the Services against unauthorized access by third parties. For this purpose, we use, among others, firewalls, server security devices, encryption devices, and physical security measures.
- However, the Services contain links to other websites. We recommend that after visiting other websites, you familiarize yourself with the privacy policy applicable there.
