Polcoat officially founded in July 2017 and starting production of the Linerless product. At the same time, we trade in high-margin papers, expanding our operations also outside Poland.

European Union and POLCOAT Sp. z o. o. Sp.k. implements a project co-financed by European Funds entitled:
„Development of technologies for coating papers with modified anti-adhesive and hydrophobic compositions with low tolerance of coating weight distribution and their selective application.” The aim of the project is to develop a technology for coating papers with modified anti-adhesive and hydrophobic compositions with low tolerance of coating weight distribution and their selective application.
Our 1st Label Expo in Brussels – allow us to share our offer, meet partners from whole world and expand new markets
We have expanded our machine-park with a 1415mm coater, which allow us to test silicone films & papers

Pandemic time – we used it to expand Polcoa’s potential in the e-commerce, retail and web industries (Linerless product mostly)
The challenge was the rapid development of Polcoat, which resulted in increasing the staff by 2/3 people per month

The next step was to raise the standards of our headquarters – moving to a larger space, allowing us to expand our park-machine and start certification
Closing the European Union project, we officially start the production of coated materials/ Our team 25 people (still happy)
