LABORATORY SERVICES

We offer laboratory services that meet the highest quality standards. We are an experienced team of specialists providing precise and reliable test results. Our services include, among others:

• Determination of thickness and grammage of materials;
• Measurement of the grammage of silicone coatings using X-ray fluorescence with a spectrometer;
• Evaluation of the tightness of coatings on papers;
• Assessment of water absorption of paper products using the Cobb method;
• Evaluation of sensitivity and intensity of thermal paper copying at different head energy levels and printing speeds, along with optical density measurements using a densitometer;
• Measurements conducted according to FINAT methodology, primarily aimed at controlling adhesive properties to various surfaces (glass and steel), peel forces (delamination), and the quality of silicones using standardized tape, as well as measuring initial forces and the stability of silicone coatings. The applied standards include FTM 1, FTM 2, FTM 3, FTM 4, FTM 10, and FTM 11.
