USŁUGI LABORATORYJNE

We offer laboratory services that meet the highest quality standards. We are an experienced team of specialists who provide precise and reliable test results. Our research methods are used to control materials and optimize production processes for our Customers.

Our offer includes:

• Determination of thickness and grammage of materials (e.g. foils, papers)
• Measurements of grammage of silicone coatings using the X-ray fluorescence method using a spectrometer (important for controlling coating precision)
• Assessment of tightness of coatings on papers (key in packaging production)
• Assessment of water absorption of paper products using the Cobb method
• Assessment of sensitivity and copying intensity of thermal papers at different energy levels of the head and printing speed together with measurements of optical density using a densitometer
• Measurements carried out in accordance with the FINAT methodology, the main purpose of which is to control the adhesion properties to various surfaces (glass and steel), detachment forces (delamination), quality of materials siliconized using standardized tape, as well as measurement of initial forces and stability of the silicone coating. The standards used include FTM 1, FTM 2, FTM 3, FTM 4, FTM 10 and FTM 11 (we ensure that our methods are in line with international standards)
